Our guest speaker is Lana Popham MLA for Saanich South. Ms. Popham was first elected as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in 2009, was re-elected in 2013, and served as the Agriculture critic before being re-elected in 2017. An organic farming activist, Ms. Popham entered politics to promote sustainable agriculture and strengthen the provincial response to climate change.
